Biography:
David E. Holzberg devotes his practice
to representing injured New Yorkers and their families.
A native New Yorker, he is a graduate
of the State University of New York at Buffalo and received
his law degree from Emory University in 1981.
He is admitted to practice in all
of the New York State Courts and the US District Courts
for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Holzberg has helped many children
injured by lead paint poisoning, securing substantial
compensation for them.
