We are a small, family law firm and we are proud of
the personal attention we give to each client’s case. When you call our
firm, you will speak to one of the four Holzberg attorneys, not a
paralegal. Each of us has many years of experience handling all types of
personal injury cases.
Of course, there is no fee for a consultation.
We are here to counsel and guide our clients every
step of the way, from locating an appropriate doctor to making sure the
proper reports are obtained and the bills are covered. We will send an
investigator to a client’s home, when necessary, to take photographs,
check addresses, interview witnesses and properly document the injury.
We make sure the client receives every benefit to which he or she is
entitled from the applicable insurance coverage, such as lost wages and
disability benefits.
In an automobile accident case, we do not charge a
fee for handling a client’s property damage prior to litigation or for a
no-fault claim in connection with a personal injury claim. We know that
if we build a strong foundation for our client’s case from the
beginning, the case will be successful in the end. That is why we take a
“hands-on” approach to every case.
