Biography :

Suzanne B. Holzberg is a New York native who specializes in plaintiff's personal injury law.

A graduate of Cornell University, she received her law degree from the Washington University School of Law in 1983. She is admitted to practice in all of the New York State Courts, and is admitted to the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to joining Ernest Holzberg & Associates in 1988, she worked with the New York City firm of Frankenthaler, Kohn, and Schneider.

She recently handled a $10 million civil lawsuit filed against CNN News Anchor Jack Cafferty on behalf of a bicyclist who was struck by Cafferty's Cadillac, which then sped away, dragging the bike.

Ms. Holzberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
